The SKELETON for all auto-generated indexes, is here in the home directory of the website. .htaccess | \autoGenerateTop.shtml | \conf.shtml | \PathToHomeDir/keywords.txt | |PathToHomeDir/description.txt | \PathToHomeDir/css/hymniary.css | \PathToHomeDir/five-link.shtml (CSS not displayed until enabled) | \PathToHomeDir/pixmaps/stsong.png | \PathToHomeDir/title.txt | \PathToHomeDir/advertising.shtml | \autoGenerateBottom.shtml | \conf.shtml | \listings.htm | \PathToHomeDir/navigation.shtml (CSS not displayed until enabled) So as you can see, to get the nifty auto generated indexes I want in each directory, only five files are necessary: 1. Set the two variables in conf.shtml in each Directory 2. copy the .htaccess, autoGenerateTop.shtml and autoGenerateBottom.shtml into eache directory. 3. make sure listings.htm exists, it may be an empty file, but it should exist. top directory needs the .htaccess file. If any of these need to be different, the autoGenerate*.shtml files may be edited.
